Smarties Cakes
What a great start I got off too.. Preheated the oven, put the cakes cases into the cake tray thingy , got the mixture ready then realized I didn't get any eggs!! Oops..
So after a quick trip to my local shop to stock up eggs I was back to business!!
At this point the smarties caught my attention - MINI! Mini smarties , that's just wrong! So much for me being able to dip into those before I'm finished!!

I think I might of added too much water to it?!
But I still poured it into the cake cases with the hope that they would rise!!
Slowly Rising! :)
Oli giving me his approval!
Making the icing .. Which I did add too much water too...
Which resulted in not being able to cover the cakes!! Oops!!
Didn't stop me from adding the faces!! (2 are missing because we tried the sponge!)
But at least I got the sponge right.. That's the first step!! I will be a expert in baking by the end of this year!! I will!

A reason why you should look over your child's homework
Before I tell you about the profession of the kid’s Mom, have a look at the kid’s drawing.
In explanation, the mother sent a letter with the child the next day in order to explain herself to the teacher:
Dear Mrs. Jones,
I wish to clarify that I am not now, nor have I ever been, an exotic dancer. I work at Home Depot and I told Sarah how hectic it was last week before the blizzard hit. I told her we sold out every single shovel we had. Then I found one more in the back room, and several people were fighting over who would get it. Sarah's picture does NOT show me dancing around a pole. It's supposed to depict me selling the last snow shovel we had at Home Depot. From now on I will remember to check her homework more thoroughly before she turns it in.
Sincerely,
Mrs. Smith

Sweet Potato
The boy had his first taste of homemade food today, for the last few weeks he's been on baby rice/cereal and I also cheated last week by giving him jars. The sweet potato he had today went down rather well. Looks like I'll be doing all the cooking from now on.
